CPAC organizer Grover Norquist, who is the president of Americans for Tax Reform and a GOProud board member, dismissed the decision by several anti-gay organizations to boycott CPAC due to GOProud's involvement in the event:

Loser people and loser organizations that haven't done any work all year try to get headlines so they can whine about CPAC. They can get a little press. That happens all the time.
